Is HotelSocial.app built for my type of property?

HotelSocial.app is for any property that needs help with social media marketing, no matter the size or type, including boutique hotels, guesthouses, and similar stays.

What will I need during onboarding?

To get started, please share:

  • Your website URL. If you do not have one, onboarding will be done manually.
  • A Google Drive folder with any images of your hotel.
  • Login credentials for your Instagram and Facebook accounts.
What if I don't have professional photos?

EMA will make the most of what you already have. It scans your existing image folder and selects images with a quality score above 85% based on subject and image quality. If EMA cannot find a strong enough image, it will ask you to create one with a suggested concept or generate one for you. You can also enhance images inside the app.

Can I review content before it is published?

Yes. You can review and edit the content, then approve it with one click.

How much work does it take from me?

Onboarding will take the most time. After that, it should only take about 30 minutes or less each month to approve posts, create new images, or add seasonal instructions.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel any time before the next monthly content is generated.
